Recently I purchased a Eco Line 250 for cash from Asmat and his team. Being a dealer I have never been to before I was weary giving cash but cash is how I operate. We bought a car here. The experience was good and smooth. We had an issue with the vehicle and had to take it back. The team was dismissive at first but after they understood that this issue was happening from the beginning and we had brought it to their attention, they quickly complied and spent a few days to make sure they fixed it. They explained all they did and showed us proof of the parts they replaced and they didnt charge us. Used car dealerships usually get a bad wrap but I would recommend Gardner Motors. They have been honest in their dealings with me.

I purchased a 2014 GMC Terrain from the team over at Gardiner Motors back in October of this year. I chose to do the safety with them and was really enticed by the included warranty that they offer on thier vehicles. When I drove the car off the lot it was working fine, however approximately 28 days after I purchased the vehicle I started to experience a rough idle and stalling.

I brought the car back to Gardiner Motors and the Director, Asmat and his team helped troubleshoot to determine the cause of the issue. Asmat explained that the issues I was experiencing were related to the sensors and that this was not covered by the safety certificate. Regardless, they ordered the necessary parts and replaced them. The whole process of getting the issue fixed took about 3 weeks. I am very pleased with service I recieved from Gardiner Motors, they are very responsive and efficient. Happy to recommend carbuyers to them and return for future purchases.

I bought a 2010 Ford f150 from the guys at Gardiner Motors a year ago. I was skeptical at first to buy from them but I spoke to a customer of there's and she said "it's her second time dealing with them and never had any problems and if she did experience a problem they will take care of it". The truck still runs amazing, I haven't had any problems with it. I brought it in to my mechanic for a oil change and he also checked for any other issues and everything with my truck was good. I would do business with these guys again!!! Just ask the right questions or bring your mechanic with you if you're skeptical about the vehicle you're buying from them..

Review edited Sep 30/2024: please see attached bill from mechanic. Additional to this, the license plate fell clean off car mid-trip and upon inspection thread was completely bare. Mechanic notes that wheels were rubbing exterior component, and that the tires were wrong size. Only 5 months after purchase, a 5k repair bill. Noticing mass peeling of underbody indicating rust was attempted to be hid. Too much time has passed to attempt to contact dealership; Ive also left the province and moved back to BC. I really really wanted to feel good about this purchase, but Im looking at sinking another 3k into repairing the front end prior to winter. This 8,000 dollar vehicle has now cost 16,000, for a 2013 journey with 179,000km on it. Im really really saddened by having to update this review. Ill be looking into whether the alleged warranty that comes with the vehicle is of any use.

Least stressful experience Ibe ever had shopping for a used vehicle. Farhad and Azmat were super friendly to my senior mother and I. Having read some of these reviews, I was nervous as Im about to drive 4,000 KM home to BC next week with my dog. Purchased a certified-pre owned 2013 Dodge Journey, 179000KM and took to my Moms mechanic very next day after purchase. I was beyond pleased to hear you did good; it seems like a great vehicle. The only thing Id recommend is buying better windshield wipers.

The lot is super busy, as they appeared to have multiple mechanics on-site, and portable workshops. Vehicles sell FAST, with people coming from all over Ontario, even up north. The appearance of this lot dissuaded some reviewers, however what I saw was efficiency, and the ability to offer vehicles for lower prices as they dont have the huge overheads of maintaining a fancy lot.

We arrived in the morning around 10am and it was already busy. The vehicle I had originally wanted was about to be test driven by a nice couple from Sudbury. They purchased as soon as they were back on the lot, so I moved onto my second choice, and honestly it worked out great for everyone - they were a large family requiring a 7-seater dodge journey, and I just needed 5.

My gut tells me that a lot of negative reviews are one offs - basically people that didnt know how to identify faulty noises/problems during test drives, or expected the longevity of brand new vehicles for the price of a 15 year old used. The vehicles are likely purchased from auto auctions and certified to re-enter the market, so mistakes can definitely happen, especially in 10+ year old vehicles, and vehicles sold super cheap. Mine has a little noise from the AC fan, and my keyless entry doesnt work, but the salesmen discussed these issues with me, and theyre super common in Dodge Journeys.

I saved over 1200 dollars on my vehicle below the suggested retail price (paid 5200+tax; MSRP is 6400). I have no doubt that it will pass BCs safety inspection and that I can probably recoup most of what I paid when I get home and sell to buy a bigger truck.

Having been potentially dissuaded by some of these negative reviews, I thought it would be good to leave one of my own to point out the highlights of my experience. While Im sure there are some lemons as there is potential anywhere, this simply wasnt the case for me - I got a great vehicle, at a great price, and service ontario was only 2 blocks down the road. Convenient; efficient; honest.

Just be knowledgeable about what issues sound/feel like, do your homework (study vehicles CarFax reports online - theyre provided free - as the agents are so busy here they might not have time to go over ever little detail with you), and Im sure youll have a great experience.

Least stressful experience Ibe ever had shopping for a used vehicle. Farhad and Azmat were super friendly to my senior mother and I. Having read some of these reviews, I was nervous as Im about to drive 4,000 KM home to BC next week with my dog. Purchased a certified-pre owned 2013 Dodge Journey, 179000KM and took to my Moms mechanic very next day after purchase. I was beyond pleased to hear you did good; it seems like a great vehicle. The only thing Id recommend is buying better windshield wipers.

The lot is super busy, as they appeared to have multiple mechanics on-site, and portable workshops. Vehicles sell FAST, with people coming from all over Ontario, even up north. The appearance of this lot dissuaded some reviewers, however what I saw was efficiency, and the ability to offer vehicles for lower prices as they dont have the huge overheads of maintaining a fancy lot.

We arrived in the morning around 10am and it was already busy. The vehicle I had originally wanted was about to be test driven by a nice couple from Sudbury. They purchased as soon as they were back on the lot, so I moved onto my second choice, and honestly it worked out great for everyone - they were a large family requiring a 7-seater dodge journey, and I just needed 5.

My gut tells me that a lot of negative reviews are one offs - basically people that didnt know how to identify faulty noises/problems during test drives, or expected the longevity of brand new vehicles for the price of a 15 year old used. The vehicles are likely purchased from auto auctions and certified to re-enter the market, so mistakes can definitely happen, especially in 10+ year old vehicles, and vehicles sold super cheap. Mine has a little noise from the AC fan, and my keyless entry doesnt work, but the salesmen discussed these issues with me, and theyre super common in Dodge Journeys.

I saved over 1200 dollars on my vehicle below the suggested retail price (paid 5200+tax; MSRP is 6400). I have no doubt that it will pass BCs safety inspection and that I can probably recoup most of what I paid when I get home and sell to buy a bigger truck.

Having been potentially dissuaded by some of these negative reviews, I thought it would be good to leave one of my own to point out the highlights of my experience. While Im sure there are some lemons as there is potential anywhere, this simply wasnt the case for me - I got a great vehicle, at a great price, and service ontario was only 2 blocks down the road. Convenient; efficient; honest.

Just be knowledgeable about what issues sound/feel like, do your homework (study vehicles CarFax reports online - theyre provided free - as the agents are so busy here they might not have time to go over ever little detail with you), and Im sure youll have a great experience.

Im super happy and super impressed with this shop!! I even had someone waiting for me to take my keys, and as we pulled away in my husbands car (who followed me there) they already had my escape in the bay, ready to work on it!! We went for lunch at Burger King, half a block away, and before we even finished our lunch, my escape was ready!!

i had purchased ford edge 2008 model couple of month back and after 70 km running engine damaged and they charged me 791 dollars to repair. after that i found problem in steering oil leakage and i visited twice to them but they didnt fix. apart from this i found more problems in car such as rear brake lights , battery problem, exhaust damage in just one month. i was thinking they will gonna help me but they cant do anything thats why i put my views now so that i anyone will read my review he or she will be aware from them. they sold scrap car to me but i dont want anyone would get scrap cars from here .

I bought a Mazda 3 at a small shady dealership and when something starting leaking under my car, I called A-Protect Warranty right away. To my luck I had a seals and gaskets option and they covered my claim right away and I got my car repaired with no problems. I only had to pay a small deductible.

The dealership I bought my car from gave me a very basic warranty but my car is expensive, so when I called to activate, they were very knowledgeable and found a much better warranty for a very good price. I didnt have a claim yet but great customer service so far.

I called A warranty to ask if my wheel barring were covered. Even though they werent, A-Protect helped me find a mechanic who gave me the best price.

My Mazda kept overheating and I had to use my warranty, they gave me a number for their authorized mechanic and a few days later my head gasket was fixed and my car ran like new!!! Thanks for the help A-protect

I bought a Dodge , Journey 2013 167000km , I am writing the review 6 month later ; yes , these are honest people that sell good cars for fair prices. During that time , yes I have needed to visit my mechanic for a weight bearing change ( 330 CAD - on one side ) , that is not out of the normal for a car with that amount of kilometers . I highly recommend them

My car was collected and dropped off to Me and I was kept informed along the way helpful and friendly staff keep me using Gardiner as I found trustford staff very rude when attempting to make a booking which is a shame as I have a trustford at the end of my road but I would rather keep using Gardiner Motors as the service I receive is second to none .. well done Gardiner Motors
