I gotta say these guys are amazing. They really care about the quality of the work. Especially a body guy named Goldy. He spent, what I am sure is an exhaustive 9 hours on a body repair from a plow/Salter hit my car on the left rear and left a sizable dent, broken tail light and cracked part of the rear bumper. He spent his day working on it dillagently, painstakingly working on it until it was done. You can see the before and after by the picture below. I got a car from this dealership and, unfortunately, the engine died after a short while. When I went back, the dealer was very understanding and gave me a different car, even though it wasnt really what I wanted. He told me I could use it for a while and then hed get me another one. That second car also started having issues not long after, but again he replaced it with another car, no payment, no hassle.
From my experience, I can say the cars here are affordable second-hand vehicles good for getting from point A to point B, but not brand-new or perfect. The best part is the customer service: the dealer stood by his word, worked with me through every issue, and made sure I wasnt left without a car.

I purchased my car in May 2024. Was happy with the experience and vehicle. In July 2025 I reached out to them as I had a large repair come up that should not have happened in such a short timespan. Asmat was fast to respond, amazing to deal with and offered to fix the issue at no cost. When the repair was different and larger than he thought it would be over the phone - he offered it to us at a VERY good rate charging only for cost of materials. He noticed I had a good dent in my rear trunk door (oops - all my fault and my poor back up skills) - he offered to repair that also at a very, very good price and painted it to match. He included a couple extras. We could not be happier. We were trying to figure out how we could afford a new vehicle - and his amazing customer service allowed us to continue to enjoy our vehicle. Couldn't have been happier.

I wanted to wait a while to post a review, as I know that getting a car is important and you actually want to get a good car for what youre paying for.

So Ill write down my experience with Gardiner Motors and hope to help you out to clear any questions as I had.

First, keep in mind that youre getting used cars and that they offer prices way below that usual.

So, sadly I forgot the name of the guy who was helping me, but when I got there, I let them know the car I was looking for (found it on Kijiji) they immediately get me to the car and leave me completely alone to inspect the car. PLEASE keep in mind that its because they do serve a lot of people.

I inspected the car, inside and outside and when I was ready, I let them know and they asked me if I wanted to do a drive test. I said yes and they gave me the keys. They let me drive it by myself (obviously they asked me for my drivers license) for around 15-30 mins, no supervision. Just asked me to park it in an available spot when I returned.

I loved it, and then I went to the office to talk with Farhad Azizi, I made every single question that I had, let him know about issues that Ive found while driving and lights on dashboard. Saying so, please people, make your questions clear, Azizi kindly answered all of them. I gave a down payment so they can start working on everything (plates, safety, etc) and at the next day I got contacted from them letting me know that the car was ready for pickup.

I got this 2012 Chevy Cruze LT in March, and I am really happy with it.

Im not saying that 1-2 stars reviews are fake or anything, but Im saying that communication is important, so keep in mind that they sold used cars, low prices, and feel free to ask anything clear and Im sure they will kindly give and answer as they did to me.

Thanks to Gardiner Motors team, no issues so far but I know they do support customers after purchase, so If i have any I will contact them and update this review as needed.

We bought a car here. The experience was good and smooth. We had an issue with the vehicle and had to take it back. The team was dismissive at first but after they understood that this issue was happening from the beginning and we had brought it to their attention, they quickly complied and spent a few days to make sure they fixed it. They explained all they did and showed us proof of the parts they replaced and they didnt charge us. Used car dealerships usually get a bad wrap but I would recommend Gardner Motors. I purchased a 2014 GMC Terrain from the team over at Gardiner Motors back in October of this year. I chose to do the safety with them and was really enticed by the included warranty that they offer on thier vehicles. When I drove the car off the lot it was working fine, however approximately 28 days after I purchased the vehicle I started to experience a rough idle and stalling.

I brought the car back to Gardiner Motors and the Director, Asmat and his team helped troubleshoot to determine the cause of the issue. Asmat explained that the issues I was experiencing were related to the sensors and that this was not covered by the safety certificate. Regardless, they ordered the necessary parts and replaced them. The whole process of getting the issue fixed took about 3 weeks. I am very pleased with service I recieved from Gardiner Motors, they are very responsive and efficient. Happy to recommend carbuyers to them and return for future purchases.

The truck still runs amazing, I haven't had any problems with it. I brought it in to my mechanic for a oil change and he also checked for any other issues and everything with my truck was good. I would do business with these guys again!!! Just ask the right questions or bring your mechanic with you if you're skeptical about the vehicle you're buying from them..
